Freddie Mac priced its second Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR) transaction of 2016 at $475 million, according to an announcement from Freddie Mac.

Less than one week after Freddie Mac's Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR) debt notes received the RMBS Deal of the Year award from Global Capital, Freddie Mac announced the pricing of the fifth STACR offering of 2015 on Monday.

Freddie Mac began the STACR program in the second half of 2013 as part of the Enterprise’s goal of reducing risk to taxpayers by increasing private capital’s role in the mortgage market.
