Rockspring Capital Adds Senior Associate, Legal Counsel

Real estate investment firm Rockspring Capital announced the addition of John Thomas Oldham to its team as senior associate and corporate counsel.

At the company, Oldham will be responsible for client development, sourcing capital, and strategic implementation and execution of fundraising operations. He will also provide in-house legal counsel.

Prior to joining Rockspring, Oldham was an associate with Faubus Keller LLP and Christian, Smith & Jewell LLP. His professional knowledge includes experience in securities, fiduciary duties, investment suitability, contracts, and real estate.

"J.T. has worked with respected Houston law firms and is well versed in real estate transactions and alternative investments, which adds even more industry best practices to our company," said Jim McAlister IV, president and CEO of Rockspring Capital. "He will be instrumental in deepening investor relationships, and helping our compliance and due diligence teams, especially as we continue our fundraising success."
